Challenge
Managing billboard advertising typically involves siloed tools, manual RFP submissions, and disjointed communication between vendors, agencies, and campaign managers. The challenge was to build a unified platform that visualizes billboard inventory geographically, streamlines RFP workflows, and scales to support multiple user roles and high data volume—all while ensuring speed, clarity, and trust.
Solution
We developed a full-featured web application supporting end-to-end billboard campaign management. I led full-stack development and system architecture using React, Remix.run, Prisma, and Neon. Key features included:
- Google Cloud Maps integration to display real-time billboard availability and metadata.
- A streamlined RFP submission pipeline enabling vendors to upload complete asset packages, reducing turnaround time.
- A normalized relational schema to handle campaign, vendor, and inventory relationships efficiently.
- OpenAI integration for smarter input fields and asset suggestions.
